EDI Learning Consultancy
Helping organisations build genuinely inclusive cultures through practical, experience-informed learning.
‘Chris delivers EDI training through an intersectional and protected characteristics lens, covering issues such as, disability, LGBTQ+, gender and race in a very sensitive, but clear and inclusive manner, engaging all learners, by using examples of lived experiences to bring her training to life.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Chris for all your EDI training needs.’
Millie Kerr
Strategic Anti-Racist Lead
Brighton and Hove City Council
I design and deliver EDI learning grounded in real experience and real results. As an inclusive learning specialist and former local government EDI officer, I help organisations build lasting, genuinely inclusive working cultures. I work with local authorities, charities and businesses across the UK, online and in person.
I blend institutional expertise with my lived experience of disability and LGBTQ+ identity, delivering human-centred, intersectional and actionable training. My experience includes four years designing EDI training for Brighton & Hove City Council and co-founding Grassroots Suicide Prevention.

Sabah Holmes | Trustee | Trainee Psychotherapist | Leading Inclusive Culture Change
‘Chris is one of those rare DEIB professionals who leads with genuine grace, deep learning and compassion. Her training, facilitation, and space-holding meet people exactly where they are in their personal and professional journeys – never rushing anyone, never flattening the complexity of what they’re navigating, never just playing to comfort. She intuitively gets the balance of working at the edges of discomfort and bespoking learning and delivering just right to different audiences – just right.’
