No two organisations are the same, and their EDI workshops shouldn’t be either. I’ve been adapting my core EDI workshop across sectors including housing and homelessness, local authorities, community energy and sustainable food, covering unconscious bias, the updated Equality Act, intersectionality and equity, an anti-racist approach, and privilege, power and allyship. The examples, case studies and discussions are shaped around the specific people in the room and the work they actually do, rather than a one-size-fits-all session.
