Wellbeing and supporting others

My wellbeing and supporting others courses build the practical skills to care for wellbeing and hold safe, inclusive spaces for others. Sessions span mental health awareness and embodied approaches to workplace wellbeing, alongside facilitation skills for in-person and online groups and assertive, compassionate telephone and online support techniques. Grounded in lived experience and a strengths-based approach, each course equips participants with tools to manage stress, navigate difficult conversations and support colleagues, clients or group members with confidence and care.
